Matthew Ferry International provides Success Insurance for all new enrollments in the Academy of Influence (AOI) Annual Membership beginning June 1, 2025.
Eligibility Requirements for Academy of Influence (AOI):
- Participate live in at least one 6-7 week Live Intensive during your annual membership period
- Participate in at least one live Wednesday call a month during your annual membership period
The Details: Live Intensives via Zoom
- Attend the live Zoom Calls while logged into your Zoom account (free or paid)
- Your full name must be displayed in order for your attendance to be recorded by Zoom
Participation means attending live, in a quiet location where you will not be interrupted.
- Listening in while driving, in a meeting, or being in a situation where you are not able to fully engage is not considered ‘participating.’
- Complete any assignments from the Live Intensives on time. For example, in the NLP courses’ participants write sentences 5 days a week. In order to be eligible for the Success Insurance, you must complete those sentences on time.
- Sentences posted inside the Academy of Influence are date-stamped, and will serve as tracking for your on-time completion of the assignment.
- If you miss a Live Intensive Zoom Call, you can listen to the replay and complete any assignments within 48 hours of the recording being posted.
- If you do not participate in the Live Intensive Zoom Call and you want to maintain your eligibility for Success Insurance, please send an email to guarantee@mattheweferry.com confirming you watched the recording on time.
We want you to get results. Think of the live intensives as a college course. In order to pass, you have to show up, participate, and do the assignments.

Success Insurance Terms:
Eligible members can request a full refund of the purchase price up to 14 days after the completion of the annual membership.
Members who choose a payment plan for their membership and miss a payment during their 12-month membership period are not eligible for Success Insurance.
Members who upgrade or invest in a special promotion during their membership period are not eligible for Success Insurance. Meaning, as a member, you have access to special pricing, promotions, and other member-only offers (aka “Special Offers”). Once you participate in a Special Offer during your membership, you are no longer eligible to receive a refund on the program that made it possible for you to receive that additional benefit.
Live Calls, Live Intensives, and access to the curriculum
Matthew Ferry International provides access to its curriculum via private mobile and desktop app communities hosted on the Circle platform (including branded apps).
Call schedules, including federal holidays and company vacation days, are clearly posted inside our communities’ apps to ensure you can schedule your participation well in advance.
The more you participate, the faster your results. Like all education, participation is key.
Your participation in our programs and access to our curriculum are for your use only.
Membership sharing is not allowed and is cause for removal from our programs without refund or notice. Please see our terms of use for more information.
We want you to do well.
The results you produce are up to you; your mindset, your actions, your skills, your network. Our programs are proven to help effective, successful people experience even more success with less effort. This is not a quick fix. With all training and education, new results take time to occur.
If you do not agree to the terms of our Success Insurance, please email member@matthewferry.com within 3 days of your enrollment to request a full refund.
Upon refund, we will cancel your account and remove our access to our mobile app and any parts of the program. Clients who choose to cancel the program and receive a refund may not be eligible to re-enroll.
